THE PROCESS (DREAM IT, PLAN IT, BUILD IT) |
The first step is the initial consultation. This is when we meet to explore your needs and goals. We discuss options and offer creative solutions. We provide you with a basic description of what you can expect from our company and review any special requirements or needs that may be of issue to you. Once we obtain the general information on your project, we will provide you with a written estimate. Most often the written estimate is issued at the initial consultation, unless there are other factors or special considerations that need to be reviewed. |
After you've decided to proceed, we will review the preliminary work outline and proposed budget with you. We welcome any additional input, enhancements or changes that you may have. Once finalized, we will draft the project plans and specifications. When applicable, the plans will be submitted to the municipal authority for approval. A copy of the approved plans and paperwork will be provided to you before any work begins. We then establish a work schedule that will minimize interference with your regular routine. Minimizing disruption to our customers' homes or business operations is a priority to us. |
Finally, construction begins. Throughout the entire construction phase, we will continually communicate the progress. You can expect only the most professional operation, with the highest regard for respect to you and your property. We pride ourselves on a clean and safe work site. |
